Other lines, such as property, pollution liability – including site, excess liability, and directors and officer's liability are offered as well.

Energy Savings Warranty insurance is for high quality Energy Efficiency Contractors who provide energy improving upgrades and guarantee the amount of savings to be achieved. The Savings Warranty Product will serve as a strong insurance backstop to the energy savings guarantees you provide to end customers, who may range from educational institutions to commercial facilities.

Utilities Program is a unique risk management solution and insurance program for both public and private companies, like Gas and Electric for example or are in the energy segment that are committed to Best Practices. The program is specifically designed for energy producing or transmitting facilities in North America.

Solar Installation Performance Warranty program provides 2, 5 or 10‐year coverage against lost revenue from lowered solar performance as a result of the solar contractor's design or installation work. Eligible companies include high quality solar contractors and installers. Policies are issued by a world‐leading, AM Best "A" Rated Reinsurance Company.

Energi's Construction Program is designed exclusively for clients with 15 or more employees in the following classes of business: Water/Sewer Contractors, Utility Contractors, Wind Energy Contractors, Solar Energy Contractors and Geothermal Contractors. The Construction Program provides coverage for property, commercial general liability, commercial automobile and workers' compensation through an AM Best "A‐"rated insurance carrier
